Contract for work for the client — renovation and repairs

A contract written on the client’s side: fixed price or budget, extra work only with a signed change order, advance and retention until defects are fixed, inspection of work before it is covered, contractual penalties plus damages, guarantee and defect deadlines (Sections 2618 and 2629 OZ), 14 days to withdraw if signed at home or at a distance (Section 1829 OZ).
