Withdrawal from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded on our website within 14 days of its conclusion. Simply fill in and confirm the form below. After sending it, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation, the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was sent. We will refund the payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.

Note: for an online guide and other digital content, the right of withdrawal ends when the content is made available if you expressly requested supply before the period expired (Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code). Details are in the terms and conditions.
